I hope you are doing well and are enjoying the summer! As you probably know, our real estate market has been on fire since the beginning of 2021. But, as is somewhat typical, the market has started cooling off as we get closer to Labor Day. Overall though, in our area, we still have a hot and highly competitive real estate market with lower inventory and strong fundamentals that should carry us through the end of the year.
