Kate was amazing. We listed our condominium and moved across country. She handled multiple details including arranging for staging, overseeing an estate sale and renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms!! She found the perfect buyer for us and assisted in seller-take-back financing when the original mortgage lender defaulted last minute. Then she stayed with us and the buyer until the new lender, who she identified, closed the loan and we were paid off in full.
