Had a great experience with Eric Fox and his team for the recent sale of a property I jointly owned with 2 family members. The process involved a lot of discernment and guidance navigating a few offers that fell through as well as keeping us organized and on track with property maintenance, deed package paperwork, and managing/transferring our current tenant leases to the new owners. All team members were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process.
