“Eric was so great to work with! He's super knowledgeable and friendly, and he was exceptionally patient and honest with us as first-time homebuyers. He worked incredibly hard for us throughout the process and was always reachable and communicative. We got the sense that he genuinely loves finding his clients the perfect home, and we felt like we made a great friend in the process.”— Derek & Kamila
We recently sold two properties with Eric and his team. Their knowledge of the market, attention to detail and wealth of resources were incomparable. They assisted us in every aspect of the preparation and the sale, from help finding handiman and contractors to stagers and beyond. They made the process as smooth and seamless as it could be. Highly recommended!— Steven & Faith F.
We've been working with Eric since 2009 - and he is THE BEST! Eric is thoughtful, honest, direct, SO knowledgable and really goes to great lengths to help his clients (even when they are not his active clients). I've recommended him to countless family and friends (who have all worked with him and had wonderful experiences). If you are looking for someone who will be a lifelong support around all things homes, you absolutely should work with Eric and his team.— Greg & Becky
