If I could give ten stars I would. Eric and his team gave us amazing encouragement, guidance, and updates through the entire process, ending with an agreement at our asking and an efficient close. All funds and documentation were in order; all this for a closing where we were already in another state! They understand the market and what is possible. Eric’s ethics are 1,000% and this translates to his team.
